ExpressTrack provides a RESTful API service for tracking packages across multiple carriers. The Service includes:
- Multi-carrier package tracking integration
- Normalized tracking status data
- Webhook notifications for status updates

- Developer tools and documentation
3. Account Registration and API Keys
3.1 Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 API Key Management
- API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly
- You are responsible for all activity under your API keys
- We may revoke API keys for violations of these Terms
- Lost or compromised keys should be reported immediately

- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to track the packages you submit

- Data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws
5.2 Data Retention
- Tracking data is retained for operational purposes and as required by law
- You may request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational requirements
- Webhook delivery logs are retained for up to 90 days

- We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data

6. Service Availability and Limitations
6.1 Service Level
- We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime

- Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
7.2 Usage Overage
- Usage beyond plan limits may incur additional charges
- Overage billing is calculated monthly based on actual usage
- We will notify you when approaching plan limits
7.3 Payment Terms
- Payment is due in advance for subscription periods
- Failed payments may result in service suspension

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ENGLISH LAW:
10.1 Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from third-party services or data
- Damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
10.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of:

- The amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
